Description
Consepts and definitions
Natural gas: Until December 2000, taxable average price of contract sales of natural gas. Since March 2011,
type of consumer T8. District heat: Tax is VAT only. Consumer prices also include the excise duties of fuels
in heat production, the amount of which depends on the fuel used. The price of district heat is calculated twice a year.
The share of taxes is now calculated from the price data nearest to each month. Previously the share of taxes was counted
from the latest price data preceding the month. The oil pollution control fee has been
retrospectively deducted from the calculations.
